We currently have a *12 Months Contract* opportunity for a  *Oracle
Financials BA *with our direct client located in *Berkeley Heights NJ*


* Summary: *


* Business Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:*
• Serve as a business analyst working with the corporate Finance Operations
end-users and IT project team to gather business requirements for Oracle
EBS enhancements and other project demand supporting Procure to Pay
function.
• Create necessary business requirements documents, workflow diagrams and
specifications.
• Work with IT Delivery services to ensure requirements are understood and
fully vetted for feasibility.
• Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary
cost/benefits analyses in order to align information technology solutions
with business delivery initiatives
• Effectively use interviewing skills to fully explore a business problem
to understand requirements and needs.
• As applicable, may lead small to medium, low-complexity projects.
• Identify, track, and maintain an inventory of business needs to be
defined in detail for application systems
• Elicits, analyzes, documents, and validates detailed business and user
requirements; identify gaps between system capabilities and business
requirements; and map capabilities to requirements to ensure that business
needs are met
• Process flow, sequence, and activity diagramming as well as business
process mapping
• Assist in the translation of business requirements into test conditions
and expected results for application functionality, and user acceptance
testing (UAT)
• Develop and manage UAT test cases and plans.
• Work with customers to establish and maintain business priorities for
system solutions
• Assist with the development and execution of change management and
training throughout the organization during the Implementation of system
solutions
Understands project management and can contribute to defining work plans
and keeping track of progress.


* Skills/Knowledge Required: Following skills/knowledge is a plus: *


• 5+ years experiences as a Business Analyst with requirements elicitation
and documentation with focus on Oracle EBS Financials AP/Procurement/iProc
• Pharmaceutical, Bio-Technology, Life Science industry experience a plus
• Business Analyst/PM certifications, including PMP, CAPM, CBAP, and/or MBA
are a plus.
• 5-7 years of experience with Financial systems (specifically Oracle EBS).
