Candidate will need to become expert in State Street’s Industrialized Agile process and RTC. Will be responsible for leading two teams, each 50%. *Skills: Agile-Scrum/Scrum Master / Securities Domain knowledge* *Responsibilities include:* Coordinating all Agile ceremonies: Iteration review, iteration planning, retrospective, backlog grooming Interface with groups outside the team with respect to dependencies. Monitor product backlog to ensure prioritization and grooming is occurring at a sufficient pace to meet the needs of the team. Create and monitor iteration and release burn down charts. Work with the Product Manager to ensure stories are independent, negotiable, valuable, estimable, small and testable. Monitor stories for tech debt. Work with Product Manager to organize backlog items into releases or priority groups. Manage Sprint task board, Communicate, monitor & escalate impediments. Lead and encourage the team in improving via pair programming, test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration and automated deployment practices.
