Must be able to demonstrate a proficiency in SQL. Good experience in data modeling 6 years in developing and maintaining applications using an ETL tool DataStage. BO Data Services design, development and implementation experience with at least 1 full life cycle implementations is a must At least one SAP BODS 4.0 project implementation experience Experience in researching data issues, analyzing the problem causes and developing technical solutions In-depth knowledge of ETL architecture. Well-developed interpersonal skills which can be used to aid in the gathering, assimilation and development of user specifications and test cases. Good to have Insurance experience. *Qualifications:* *Education, Skills and Experience Requirements* • Bachelor's Degree required • 7+ years of Full Development Life Cycle experience in DW projects using any SDLC methodologies • Must have strong 6+ years of experience in Datastage and nearly 1 year experience in BODS environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Team player, self-starter, motivated, and multi- task oriented • Ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities, commitments and projects. • Strong written, verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills to building relationships with others in the IT department • Solid understanding of Data warehousing concepts and ETL solutinos • Ability to prioritize work requirements • Ability to continuously seek out and discover root cause relationships and conclusions that are not always intuitively obvious or based solely on past experience *Preferred Skills:* • Prior Insurance Domain experience.
