Job Title : Consultant Posting Title : Solutions Analyst State : Massachusetts City : Andover The Solutions Analyst will support the Solutions Architect in the development of solutions that take advantage of Client’s products and services to best meet our client’s needs. The will work closely with the Sales and Client Service teams acting as the Subject Matter Expert (“SME”) - Gathering and documenting client requirements, contributing to material required for well-defined solutions, and participating in the creation of solution presentation material that will be presented to both internal and external consumers. - The Solutions Analyst participates in the process that moves a solution from creation to implementation. - The Solutions Analyst participates in the building and maintenance of the internal and client facing solution documentation which will be communicated to all key project participants (i.e. the Client, Sales, Senior Management, Client Services, Product and Technical teams). Essential Duties and Tasks •Andover, MA A contributor to the Request For Proposal / Information (“RFP/RFI”) process; supports the Solutions Architect in the development and composition of the overall solution. • Act as the Broadridge application expert and SME in the sales process; Participate in client calls; define client requirements; work closely with the Solutions Architect to develop solution recommendations that are tailored to the client’s needs; and effectively communicate those solutions both internally and externally through the appropriate media • Supports the Client Services team, as the SME, on client calls related to current implementation and new functionality; creates and presents client specific material; analyzes client business requirements; develops and presents tailored solutions; owns and drives those solutions to completion • Represents the solution throughout the project implementation, by working closely with the Operations, Engineering and QA teams, to ensure both internal and external customer satisfaction • Acts as a Business Analyst to document and validate business requirements, process flows, and designs from the sales process through to the implementation process. • Create and present documentation to support client implementations not limited to the Project Definition Documents, Implementation Specification, Detail Design, etc; responsible for the solution through implementation “go-live” • Responsible for the creation of Level Of Efforts, Budgetary Estimates and Change/Work Orders; • Partner with business users and act as a liaison between business and technical teams • Works several projects concurrently *Requirements:* The ideal candidate would come from a Professional Services background with software implementation experience with either Oracle / PeopleSoft / WORKDAY systems. The individual will be involved with sales support and must understand systematically how the implementations work here as far as file layout and formatting. Must also be able to understand how the modules integrate with the overall system.
