In-depth knowledge of asset management business processes, workflows and industry practices. 3 Extensive experience in gathering business requirements, developing functional specifications, and defining use cases and test cases. Experience with the system development lifecycle methodology and different models including Waterfall and Agile. 4 Strong process analysis skills and ability to suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness of solutions. Ability to recommend and implement industry best practices. 5 Demonstrated exposure to fixed income portfolio management, portfolio risk and analytics, performance measurement and attribution, compliance, reporting, and accounting applications and tools. Knowledge of Bloomberg trading platform, Summit, and Riskmetrics is a strong plus. 6 Proven conceptual, analytical and judgmental skills.
