*JOB DESCRIPTION:*



My customer, an international financial organization located in Washington,
DC has a contract position available for a SailPoint Solution Design
Professional

*The Challenge*
Ongoing Data Access Governance Group (DAGG) efforts to assess the impact of
granting non-routine access rights to IFC systems have revealed the
following pain points:
• Challenges with understanding the impact of granting some types of
access, as downstream systems may be affected
• Lack of transparency into rights for some systems, and challenges with
auditing rights
• Challenges with troubleshooting access issues
• Lack of documented logical business rules that drive the technical access
rules used by iDesk
• Challenges with understanding how and where conflicts of interest
"logical firewalls” are implemented

In addition, both a business-focused data access assessment and a recent
technical assessment associated with the design of IFC new business system
(iPortal) found gaps in and issues with how IFC governs and manages access
to its sensitive data.

*Key Points of Contact*
The following are the key points of contact for the deliverables:
• The Access Coordination role, an IT function and key project member who
serves as a bridge between IT and business functions (legal, risk,
compliance, internal controls, data governance, access governance)
• Project Manager / Assessment Lead, who works with teams developing
near-term access solutions as well as those assessing future fine grain
access capabilities

Stakeholders and Participants in the Information Architecture Initiative
Because of the complexity of the data access initiative and the IFC systems
being impacted the following groups and stakeholders will be involved:
• IFC Data Access Governance Group
• CITOP – IFC IT Operations Portfolio
• IFC Data and BI Portfolio
• IFC Business Teams
• Projects Teams including: iPortal, AccessIFC, and ASOP
• The IO Coordination Group, made up of project managers and technical
leads from the many projects involved in the IO Transformation Program.


*Approach, and Deliverables*
Core Deliverables -
• Document current-state system and data access capabilities/processes
• Document future-state system and data access capabilities/services for
granting access to data that is stored in or provisioned through IT systems
• Document provisioning processes and the technology capabilities that
manage access rules as this will be key input for use by the technical teams
• Develop and maintain the Access Management Business Requirements Document
(BRD)

*Primary responsibilities for the consultant(s) engaged for this effort,
include, but are not limited to, the following:*
• Participate in an exercise to identify sensitivity levels for data;
translate results into principles, rules, requirements
• Analyze and profile existing access rules, currently captured in Excel
sheets
• Participate in Conflicts of Interest workshops and workshops to define
emerging scenarios that impact the granting of access to groups and
individuals
• Translate desired access capabilities into principles, rules, requirements
• Document data flows and process flows
• Provide input to requirements for complex IT systems and configuration of
ICAM tools
In addition, the consultant will be expected to:
• Anticipate, identify, and define problems; seek root causes and apply
agreed-upon principles to resolve them
• Establish strong commitment to transparency and communication;
effectively capturing meeting minutes and managing action items
• Develop effective working relationship with various project teams to
initiate identification of related subject areas, and identify prioritized
data elements.

*Selection Criteria:*
Seeking a highly motivated individual who will bring the following
qualities and capabilities to this position:
• Master's Degree or greater in Information Security, Computer Science,
Information Science, Management Information Science or Statistics or other
data intensive disciplines
• 10 + years of experience in Business Analysis
• Extensive experience with developing concise business rules and process
flows
• 6 + years of experience in ICAM (Identity, Credential, and Access
Management) processes
• 6 + years of experience with security and regulatory requirements related
to access controls
• 3 + years in leading a team of business analysts / technical writers
• 3 + years of experience with Role Based Access lifecycles and Attribute
Based Access concepts
• 3 + years of experience with SailPoint
• 1 + years of experience with RBAC design, methodology, strategy and best
practices
