*Position Title: QA Engineer / Automation* *Location: Burbank, CA* *Duration: Longterm Contract* *Note: Need Locals* *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * • Looking for a Sr Automation tester experience in Requirement Gathering, test planning, documentation & Testing. • Strong QTP experience needed • Experience in leading end to end testing projects is mandatory. • Experience in Agile methodology. • Must have excellent comm skills as this position involves working with various teams • Participate in requirements discussion with end-users/customers • Create test cases from functional specification documents. • Prepare test data, perform set-up activities, prepare scripts (SQL, etc.) to create and populate test data as required. • Execute test cases and document test results. • Create automated test scripts & implement functional test automation. • Perform Functional/Non-Functional Testing and regression testing. • Support UAT, Deployment, Implementation • Hands on experience in Requirements Analysis, test documentation and testing. • Working Knowledge of any test automation tools (e.g. Selenium, UFP) for UI, Web Services and Business Rules Automation for C#.Net stack applications • Good working knowledge of Requirement Management, Test Management, Change Management and Configuration Management. • Deep experience in creating test plans, managing test cycles and maintaining quality control. • Excellent functional testing skills (manual testing, black box testing) • Experience in basic SQL queries to create and manipulate test data • Experience in working in Agile Development Methodologies • Experience in working with diversified teams. • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Customer Interfacing Skills and Documentation Skills • Understand system functionality & data model.
