We are looking for a senior “MES Professional” engineer with strong on site customer experience and communication skills. The right candidate has extensive experience in managing Level 3 – MES applications and developing system design for manufacturing organization. The candidate possesses required skills for Application development and Maintenance with Architecting capabilities for Discrete and Process Industry The candidate has good experience as lead Architect in Apriso Flexnet Projects and also heading a suppor team. The candidate should also have proven track record of mapping as-is manufacturing process and Apriso Flexnet application. The candidate should apply the models and documentations created for the following activities (but not limited to): training and knowledge sharing, system support, future state designs, and continuous improvement Proven analytical skills in manufacturing systems architecture and resolve complex business/manufacturing process problems. Experience in Apriso Flexnet 9.5 and above applications in manufacturing domains preferably discrete Industry. Exposure to deployment, release management and Single sign on using windows ADID will be an added advantage Knowledge of Apriso – Modules like Production, MLSB, Quality, Materials and Reports will be an added advantage. The Ideal Candidate should have experience in Blueprinting and designing Solutions for the customer. Hands on experience in conducting User Acceptance testing Should have managed a large program of 10+ sites of MES. Ability to do indepth documentation on the functionalities understood and implemented. Preferable experience would be working on MPI tools from Apriso. Interfacing and date exchange with Level 2 systems like (PLC/CNC) using integrators like MII. Team player able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus 6+ years of experience in leading Level 3 applications in manufacturing discipline 10+ years of application analysis / application development experience / integration experience in manufacturing environment 2+ Years experience in supporting level 1 severity user tickets. Exposure to Agile Methodologies, APQC Process Identifiers, ISA 95 and ISA 88 Standards will be an added advantage. The job entails 50% travel across the world Exposure to Automotive, Discrete industry, Pharma Domain will be an added advantage.
