NCR is headquartered in Duluth, Georgia, with approximately 29,000 employees and does business in 180 countries. . *Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility* Works with subject matter experts and other consultants to formulate testing plan outlining the scope required to test specific business process. Analyze new/existing functionality, develop testing high level plan to validate application changes and supporting business processes. Transform high level plan into detailed test plan. Reviewing test plan and its results internally. Reviewing acceptance criteria (i.e. behaviors) for accuracy, clarity and completeness. Extending and maintaining the regression test/Functional Test/Smoke Test suite. Build regression scope & manage regression review. Communicate status of each working phase to management on scheduled basis. Support end-user testing and validation by business unit for new or revised applications. Evaluate proposed changes in testing scope of existing processes to identify potential adverse impact upon operations. *Basic Qualifications* At least 3- 5 years’ experience working in a Quality Assurance or Sr. tester. Good knowledge and experience with QA general methodologies. Demonstrated ability to interact primarily with peers, supervisors, application end user managers, and to work cooperatively in a teamwork environment. Great communication skills. Occasional travel. Experience in Retail/Grocery applications is an advantage. Ambitious, reliable, and do everything to get a task done. Ability to work in dynamic environment, adjust to changes. Good understanding in QA and development lifecycle (SDLC). Candidate must be authorized to work in the US.
