Rescanned my stuff and found the first bug.
Actually not realy a bug, but a documentation
of my lack of understanding to which tables
the contraints point when they are MAIN or FK
Constraints ;-)
I think it should be just a few modifications
to get the ON [UPDATE|DELETE] SET [NULL|DEF
