If I have "local_urls_only: true" then the start_url setting must not
begin with "http://", correct? So do I use something like:
start_url:file:///win/MyDocuments/OrgTxt-Lnx.htm
Or do i omit the "file://"??

createTables.sql is a plain text file, the rest are html.
