I've installed HTML::Template dozens of times from CPAN without a
problem.  On my new computer running RH 8 and Perl 5.8, I get the
following when installing from CPAN:

HTML::Template->new() : Unknown or unmatched TMPL construct at
/fake/path/for/non/file/template : line 7. at blib/lib/HTML/Template.pm
line 2230.
make: *** [test_dynamic] Error 255
  /usr/bin/make test -- NOT OK


I saw a similar error posted here, but don't think its the same.
