Why are you using a POST method? Have you tried using a GET method?

* The HttpClient 2 code base is officially unmaintained (dormant)
* There will be no more HttpClient 2.x releases
* The HttpClient 2.0 site will be taken offline as soon as the

With Httpclient 2.0, the setting on charset is applied whatever value you
provide.
With Httpclient 3.0, the setting is changed to US-ASCII when the value applied
is not correct, for instance null or ISO-8859-1.
