Trying to fix in changeset 977d439e6f3e.
It uses now response files for such big projects. This requires at least
enblend-enfuse 4.0. It does not work with enblend-enfuse 3.2.

testing with hugin hg changeset 7093 on openSUSE
I checked the wxWidgets-2.8.12 code, there is really a limit of 127
arguments, see
#define WXEXECUTE_NARGS 127
in utilsunx.cpp
The pto file contains 160 images in one stack, plus some extra enfuse arguments.

First test: it works with wxWidgets 3.x serie. Only wxWidgets 2.8.x
shows the crash.
