Public bug reported:
I have a long line of scanned images. These images have only one neighbour
with repetitive data, hence I want to use the --linearmatch 1 argument. The
first run without it resulted in a lot of CPs found due to repetitions in the
background. When cpfind is called from hugin
I got a similar message. I'm busy stitching a lot of scans which were to
large for a A4 scanner. The stitching worked fine for the first couple
of scans but now the proces aborts. How can I fix it with other
parameter settings?
I stitched your project and see the same seam artefacts, I'll attach a
scaled down version.
This is an enblend bug, though I have never seen it before. I used dummy
images so the problem is caused entirely by the geometry of photos in
your project (and not their content). The project looks fine,
Looking at the enblend command-line options I don't think --linearmatch
takes any parameters:
--linearmatch Enable linear images matching (default : all pairs)
--linearmatchlen int
If you want to specify the number of adjacent images to check you need
to use a '--linearmatchlen 1' option in
Grrr, I meant to say cpfind (enblend doesn't have these options).
