Control points tab: I set a control point manually and want to fine-tune it
before saving, but the button fine-tine is grayed out. This happens often,
but not always. The point can be fine-tuned again after saving it. My settings
are:
- fit to window
- auto fine-tune YES

chcp is not an external dependency, it is a program which belongs to windows.
It should be exists on all windows version, maybe your install is corrupted.
Also it does more than only stating the codepage. It can change the codepage,
which is necessary to support international filenames.

Can somebody kindly explain how to run enblend in Terminal after this
error occurs? I downloaded it, but know very about using the Terminal.
