Allow the setting of the nice level in the batch processor.
(Usage: I process a batch of images, align them and then hit stitch.

Sorry, but this is wrong.
Also when using EXR input file the HDR output option is not disabled. There is
not a single line of code to disable this option.
I tested again: loaded 2 exr files, selected HDR output and got exr output.
So this works.
