The option "Use GPU stitching for remapping" has a note "(EXPERIMENTAL)" see Preferences -> Programs -> Nona BTW did you save the project file before attempting to stitch? Your log file shows some kind of temp path for the project file (shown in the output options) as it seems: Project file: /v
