You're on 10.4 which requires (according to the "Read Me First (Mac).pdf") to install special versions of enblend and enfuse. These are in the "enblend-enfuse-4.0" folder inside the dmg... Don't forget to have a look at and follow the "Readme.txt" that comes with the Tiger versions. BTW there is already 2011.0.1 available.
