Perhaps.... I don't know what the Make script is called for. But the bug reported at 709361 did not note that the Make script you are blaming successfully executed one iteration before crapping out on the second. This calls into question whether it is Hugin output to to Make or a Make internal issue that is the cause. And not knowing the flow or purposes of the Make object I can't comment further.
