That's a feature, not a bug. No pun intended.
The combo box and the "optimize" button moved to the Photos tab. So you
can optimize from the Photos tab. (In the old gui in the case most
controls on the optimize tab where without function/could not be used).

For the panorama editor there is already Mac specific code for drag and drop
support in place. For the fast preview window the code for drag and drop was

Enblend 4.0 was using an internal vigra library for reading and writing the
image files. This was removed because of Linux guidelines concerning packaging.
Enblend-enfuse 4.1.x is linking against an existing vigra library.
To check, which image formats are supported, run "enblend -v -V" and

the image, the higher the allowed number of levels (read the section in the

script is using the Panorama object or the like in a not intended way.

Enblend 4.1.2 fails to build
Status
Trying to fix in repository.
The problem is that exiv2 does not report consistent strings. For Canon cameras
it can contain (65535) or (0) for unknown lenses. For Pentax cams it reports
the string "Unknown (0xVAL)". I found this 3 values in a quick test and added
it to Hugin to ignore it.

As already said: only HFOV is used by Hugin/Panotools.
So you can ignore focal length and crop factor in this case and input only HFOV.
So this proposal is not needed.
