Seems to be a build problem. Yesterday different build of different
changeset crashed. After a complete rebuilding it works ok. Sorry for
the noise.

fast preview does not work with wxWidgets 2.9

Bug description:
After the latest changes to the fast preview window it works only with
wxWidgets 2.8
With wxWidgets 2.9 when opening the fast preview window the processor runs at
50 % but the windows does not open -> I can only kill hugin.
