The feature classifiers should be insensitive to rotation, if not then it
would be a bug.

and not an installer for 64 bit.

Thanks for the advice - works perfectly - it transpires that I was using a
copy of the wiki made before the September update and I had not checked to
see if it had changed because it had worked for me with earlier versions -

As far as I remember, program files (x86) is the default path for
32bit applications under 64bit windows.
