Uau, what a vague question... Canon 1D mark IV, Nikon D3x...? I would choose between Nikon and Canon, although I myself prefer Canon. You can hack a canon with Magic Lantern putting on a T2i features that you will only find on a much more expensive model. And lenses? Sigma 18-250mm for standard

thanks i think the problem is with vista/7 for some problems with rights and acces to the folder anyway i use the 32 bit version because with 64 bit i had more errors maybe the antivirus... i use comodo isp now i change the folder for temporary work and at 99% everything works good

I'm using a point and shoot currently. I was looking at Nikon, specifically to use in a lighting workshop via borrow lenses. Understanding I need to move into a full DSLR, I thought I consider something used but was unsure what types of ratings the cameras were with plethora of camera's now

I'm not familiar with Canon but if Nikon is appealing to you, the D90, D300 or D700 would be excellent choices, depending on budget. I'd also look at the D5100 or D7000 if higher sensor resolution is important to you. The new Nikon D4 just showed up on Nikon's website recently. It's a little
