program would try to estimate the picture as the one have more than 225
degree HFOV. This time I tried portrait, and it failed again (generate 0
control point again). Did anyone know how can it create control points
automatically on the circular fisheye?

Sorry, two typo... It was Bruno who told me that autopano-sift-c could
not create ctrl point if hdof 225 degree if I remember correctly.

I experienced the same. If I put files to the folders not too long in name
or no space (think about using DOS format, just 8 characters folder name),
then ok.
e.g. c:\temp\1\a.jpg
