Using Process Monitor I finally found where enblend is having trouble:

This seems like a bug, can someone else confirm it?
Great to have more

Yes, I do.
Leave the temp-field in hugin empty, the error is gone.

I tried stitching without the batcher with '-v -v -v', still no useful
info.
Is it possible to find out WTF is enblend trying to do and where?
Could be enblend uses the system temp folder.
I don't know if yours is the same case as mine. I use an enblend/enfuse

enblend has a weird problem of not being able to create the swap

enblend: info: loading next image: stacked-5.tif 1/1
enblend: info: loading next image: stacked-50001.tif 1/1
Actually it's something weirder.
If I just take the command from the log file and running it, works
normally.
