There is no intention of preventing someone else from offering an
alternative Windows installer for free (if someone could do this

So the bug seems to be in panini/equipanini parts. Erect_panini and
panini_erect should be inverse function, when I unterstand right. But
currently these functions are not inverse - a atan/tan is missing. The
