I saw that in some hugin generated opt, some value which should not set to
0 i set to zero using =0, what does this means?
for example, in a hgun generated file, I can see that in first i line, v is
set to 100, which is the field of view of my camera, but in the second
line, it is set to
This is an image that uses the same settings for v as image 0 has.
Totally ok since you made sure to not zoom between shots for the same
panorama, right?
So if you also have a handheld shot for the nadir and told hugin that
this image uses a New Lens (or just un-sync it in Camera and Lens
Thanks,
Does this means that if I want to set for example a parameter of image 6 to
be similar to image 3, I should use a=3 or should I use a=0? Assuming that
I am using HDR and image 3 and 6 are taken from the same scene with
different exposure parameter? (and assuming that image 1 and 2
a b c parameters are usually linked, so they all are =0 (use value of
image 0)
Exposure parameters often need to be fine tuned (Optimization in
Exposure tab) so I guess these will not always be linked. Due to a
little flue my concentration is not spot on right now... so why not have
a look
Thanks,
My question is that =0 means linked to image 0, does =2 means linked to
image 2?

Yes it does mean this.

A variable followed by = value - value is an image number, and use the same
value as the image.

It could be perfect indeed, but I have no idea how to do that with Hugin.
It might as well fix the first problem which appear I suspect when I try to
straight the stripes.
I have the Gps tracks but I don't know how to use them in Hugin
Thanks for your comment

Use a grayscale image for the mask. The used RGB images are not
correctly loaded as masks (in the 32 bit version).
You could also check the option --hard-mask to determine with variant
goes into the final image.

Is there something like this ?
Yes.
Variant 1: first assign stack numbers to the stacked images. Then use
cpfind with the multirow switch (cpfind --multirow). This will
drastically reduce the number of image pairs checked.
Variant 2: assign rough positions to all images (set yaw, pitch and
