And what's the platform, and where did you get the executable from? If this is a 2016.* version, I'm not sure that this is serious. I can't reproduce the message at will, but I've seen something similar at this juncture. It gave me the option to continue, and when I did, everything continued normally. or at least of a dome pano (half sphere). I got 34 images and when I first load the images everything seems cool but when I click align I get an error . Then I click continue and it says that none of my images have control points and that I need to put them in manually. Any ideas as to what's wrong?
