Any objection to me setting
BRIEF_MEMBER_DESC = NO
?
Setting this to NO will turn off the redundant brief descriptions of functions
and types before the detailed descriptions in each section. In the US letter
PDF, setting this to NO makes the document 12 pages shorter (!).
