Passes with GCC 4.5.0 on CentOS 5.5 and with both
stock GCC and llvm-gcc on Ubuntu 10.04.

I have tested hwloc-1.0.2rc1r2330.tar.gz extensively (using RHEL 6.0 public
beta, on i386, x86_64 and ppc64, totaly on 15 different boxes) and it works
like a charm:-)
