I've attached 6 compilation log files: (icc|suncc|pgcc).(c|m).log *.c.log is generated as: % ./configure CC= 2>&1 | tee .c.log ... so it should contain sub-configure outputs as well, if any. *.m.log is generated as: % make clean && make 2>&1 | tee .m.log Compiler information: % icc -V

Tried building 0.9.1rc2 with gcc, icc, suncc and pgcc. Builds fine with gcc. Lots of warnings with icc (as Jeff pointed out). Does not build with suncc and pgcc. With suncc (sunstudio 12): == source='topology-linux.c'
