I've attached 6 compilation log files: (icc|suncc|pgcc).(c|m).log
*.c.log is generated as:
% ./configure CC= 2>&1 | tee .c.log
... so it should contain sub-configure outputs as well, if any.
*.m.log is generated as:
% make clean && make 2>&1 | tee .m.log

I have attached a patch against 0.9.1rc2 to get rid of some compilation
warnings (tested with gcc, but should be fine for other compilers as
well, AFAICT). Can someone take a look at this and possibly apply some
