What's the reason to make the change? A drawback of the change would be
that the Chinese locale names are no longer grouped together when the
locale names are sorted in ja locale. The following are the old and new
names sorted in ja locale.
old:
韓国語
中国語
中国語(簡体字)
中国語(繁体字)
日本語
new
