Tony,

While you and Walter do in fact comment, sometimes Adam and Lionel, I
have barely ever seen an email from Sameer, and never from Claudia and
Jose Miguel.

The request is not to just comment, but to actually vote (approving or
disapproving - is much better than ignoring).

As for requests and ideas that go ignored, I suggest you look for
Laura's proposals (in meetings and emails).

I too would support this motion. If people want to be SLOBs they should
consider community proposals not just their own ideas.
