I replaced the display on my X61s with a SXGA+ display and use the modified
BIOS from 51NB.com to drive it with the correct resolution.
Due to that, I think, I can't load the thinkpad_acpi kernel module:
# modprobe -f -v thinkpad_acpi
insmod
/lib/modules/2.6.32-27-generic-phc/kernel/
