WiFi rfkill interface is handled by the wireless NIC driver, not by
thunkpad-acpi, so I can't help you much.

I have Thinkpad x100e and using Ubuntu 10.10 (Because 10.04 comes
unpatched version for x100e) .
There is no rfkill interface for wireless card. (present for bluetooth)
