The ARC1151I indicates that there was another DFHSM function active for this dataset. The DFHSM Log or PDA may have some additional information. I am not sure that SMF would be helpful. Look at ALL DFHSM STCs to see if perhaps a recall and backup or dump were occurring at the same time for this
