IBM broke the link between hardware MSUs
(Al Sherkow's name for them - I'm jealous) and
charging MSUs in October 2003 with a 10%
cut for the z990 alone.
I've always called them Hardware and
Marketting MSU's.
And, I'm sure I used the terms before Al did,
but I'm not going to get into a
