Hello, We just got a 3590 from IBM and am not having any luck getting the ATL to read it. We usually get electronic files or the old 3490. We put it in the ATL door and the robot read it and stuck it in a slot - but when we try to access it we get: REQUEST FAILED - NOT ENOUGH NON-SYSTEM
