Shane, For the CA doc, all you have do is register with your Email and you can get access to the documentation. As for problem/fix info, yes, you still need a customer site id. Hope this helps a bit. Jeff -- For IBM-MAIN

One item was brought up at SHARE regarding CMF/RMF and z/OSMF. z/OSMF is the new web-based system for system programmers. Depending on the release, it provides problem determination, Communications Server migration, Workload Manager policy editor, and a workload monitor. The workload monitor is

I haven't ever used or even seen CMF, so I can't really comment on the comparison. However, I will say that I really like RMF's Distributed Dataserver component which exposes RMF III interval data as XML that can then be used in all sorts of interesting ways. IBM's included browser-based Data

Chip, I don't know if such a document actually exists, but we just switched from CMF to RMF last week. In our case the cost was significantly less for RMF. CMF has a few more bells and whistles, but we weren't taking advantage of them. RMF gives us what we need at a lower cost and at the end

We are currently a user of CMF and are happy with it. Looking at the BMC website, there is a nice article about 20 reasons to use CMF. I'm wondering if RMF has distinguested itself to the point I got bullets to justify the cost increase? Is anyone aware of a "20 reason to use RMF" pdf?
