Use CONVERT command from ISMF in front of volume. It will generate a JCL for
you. You can even run it in test mode.

No. Run PGM=ADRDSSU and use the CONVERTV verb.
Or if you are a FDR customer, run the FDRCONVT program (section 70 in
the manual).
