Hi,
I am having trouble accessing our HMC remotely using a browser.
This is a new HMC running version 2.10.2 and connected to our new z10BC.
I can ping the HMC.
I can use telnet HMC IP address 443 and get s response.
There is no firewall between mu computer and the HMC.
How can I find out

This happen because some ports are blocked, not sure if by firewall or need to
open new ports
A circunvention of this is using Mozilla Firefox or verify to upgrade Internet
explorer.
In my case only back to work after network team open

I think the use of Chrome means you must be using Windows. Have you disabled
the Windows Firewall?

Can you use firefox and turn on the Java Error COnsosole under options to
see if anything pops in there, are you getting any type of certificate
messages ? I have to use firefox becasue our 'customized' version of Vista
IE just didn't work, didn't like the invalid certificate message, firefox
