Replacement for Dynamic steplib program

Hello forums, I am looking for replacement for the old dynamic Steplib program that stop working in the last release of z/OS. I tried the TSOLIB command, but it seems rather limited (ex: must be used in the READY, not under ISPF). Thanks, Arye Shemer
