OK, I'm going to be the complainer now. I don't know if it is official, but whenever I see LE, I think Language Environment, not Linkage Editor. Please don't use LE for anything else. Or I'll just start using USS again for UNIX System Services. grin -- John McKown Systems Engineer IV IT
