You have to start at the offset to the header section(s),
read it's length (always 2 bytes) and the header type,
(first is the always-present standard header), then test
that there is more data present (headers are at the END
of the physical record) and if so, read the next header's
length and

the product section can have may headers seems like there is always a
Standard header, but then the other header might also be present
