This may be a path to the device problem. Have you insured that all
components are present and online to this LPAR? Are there other devices
on this CU that are online to this LPAR?

I see that you are using 2105, 3390/9 emulations. My guess, particularly since
all of the CHPIDs are in intervention is that the problem lies with the HDS
end. First, I would try a config off/on for the CHPIDs at the mainframe end,
followed by another devserv command. Since that
