If you mean 2FA for CICS: see

If you are just authenticating a user, that is normally done in the CICS
security definitions, or with a RACF call for a particular resource class.
For certificates there is the r_datalib call (IRRSDL00) if you are managing
certificates, but that is unlikely to be done in a CICS transaction. CICS
