We did issue D R,L but only saw outstanding WTORs. Does AMRF need to be
active to see highlighted messages in the command output?

I just answered my own question. The IBM z/OSMF Configuration Guide states
that we can create our own product information files (as they are just simple
text files).

We used SAS/MXG (which I'm guessing you don't have). But I did want to mention
that you will probably want to read SMF data from your last IPL. We had a
third party product that came up early during an IPL and we would have missed
it, had we not read data from the timeframe of the IPL.

That may be what we end up doing. I'm a little surprised that IBM's
HOLD(DYNACT) doesn't speak to MIGLIB.
