I was recently wondering if source for IBM ECAP is available. I have
source that seems to be for the PDP-10 in PDP-10 Fortran, but it has
pretty many extensions that the IBM compilers don't have.

Somewhere in my "tangled mess", I have ECAP source. If I can find it,
I'll mail it to you off-list.
I've been trying to find PCAP, GPSS, OMNITAB and CSMP and their docs but
unsuccessful so far.
